Legal Terms for FX Trader Funding LTD
Effective Date: 1st October 2024

1. Introduction
These legal terms govern the relationship between FX Trader Funding (“the Company”) and its traders (“the Trader”). By opening a trading account with the Company, the Trader agrees to comply with these terms.

2. Definitions

“Trader” refers to an individual who trades using the Company’s resources.
“Company” refers to FX Trader Funding, a proprietary trading firm based in the United Kingdom.
“Trading Account” refers to the account set up by the Trader to conduct trading activities.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible to open a Trading Account, the Trader must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a minimum level of trading experience as determined by the Company.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Account Setup
The Trader must complete the account application process, providing all required documentation as specified by the Company. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application.

5. Responsibilities of the Trader
The Trader agrees to:

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Use the trading systems and tools provided by the Company appropriately.
Maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information related to the Company and its operations.
6. Profit Sharing and Compensation
The Company operates on a profit-sharing model. The Trader’s share of profits will be determined based on the terms communicated at the time of account setup. Any fees or costs related to trading will be disclosed upfront.

7. Risk Disclosure
Trading in financial markets involves significant risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The Trader acknowledges that they fully understand the risks associated with trading and that they could lose all or part of their investment. The Company does not guarantee any profits, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

8. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate the Trader’s account under the following conditions:

Violation of these terms.
Engaging in illegal activities.
Failure to comply with regulatory requirements.
Upon termination, the Trader will be provided with a final account statement.
9. Confidentiality
Both the Trader and the Company agree to keep confidential all non-public information obtained during the course of their relationship.

10. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the Trader. The Trader assumes all risks associated with trading activities.

11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United Kingdom.

12. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Trader, and continued use of the Trading Account will constitute acceptance of the amended terms.

13. *No Copy Trading Policy*

At *FX Trader Funding*, we uphold the highest standards of integrity and individual skill development in all aspects of trading. To ensure a fair and competitive environment, *copy trading* is strictly prohibited on all accounts under our management.

Copy trading—defined as automatically replicating the trades of another trader, whether within or outside the firm—undermines the core principles of independent decision-making, risk management, and personal growth. As such, any instances of copy trading, whether facilitated through third-party software or other means, will result in immediate account review and may lead to the termination of the trader’s participation in the program.

All traders are expected to make their own independent trading decisions in accordance with the guidelines and risk management protocols established by FX Trader Funding.
